Sitanshu spent 15 years building enterprise data analytics, CRM, and marketing technology at companies including Adobe and Standard Chartered. When he returned to hard-ball cricket in 2020, he couldn't find a tool that gave players and coaches objective, video-driven feedback, so he built one and became its first user. Today Level Up's computer vision platform runs at academies and clubs across Singapore, the UK, and the US, with padel, badminton, and squash next.
