- Photographs and video recordings of individual(s) engaging in cricket or sporting activity.
Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
LUS collects personal data for purposes such as those indicated below:
- To use the recordings for the purposes of sports data analysis and/or developing analytical software and/or of other products and services.
- Upon request (and when practical to do so), LUS will provide feedback on an individual’s game performance or sporting technique;
- To inform you of events and activities which we may organise from time to time (such as training invites) and/or of our products and services and special events we think you may be interested in;
- The dissemination of information and news by way of newsletters, emails and the like; and Management of LUS.
- All personal data will be used for the purpose for which it was collected. Where we collect personal data for purposes other than those listed above, we would disclose the purpose of such collection to the individual prior to or when collecting such personal data from that individual.
Disclosure of Personal Data
- LUS may from time to time and in compliance with all applicable laws on data privacy, disclose individual personal data to third party partners whether located in Singapore or elsewhere, in order to carry out the purposes set out above.
- LUS will not disclose any personal data for direct marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent.

- By providing personal data to LUS, the individual consents to our collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data in accordance with this policy statement.
- Any individual who wishes to withdraw his or her consent to any collection, use or disclosure of his or her personal data may do so in person and in writing to us. If any individual withholds his/her consent to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data, LUS may not be able to provide any feedback as to the individual’s performance or sporting technique needs using the data collected on the same.

LUS will take reasonable security measures to safeguard the personal data collected. LUS will only retain the personal data collected for as long as it is required, for the fulfilment of the purposes of LUS, and as allowed by any applicable law to be retained. LUS may transfer, store, process and/or deal with the individual’s personal data outside of Singapore. When LUS does so, it will comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (2012) and other applicable data protection and privacy laws.

7. Controls for Do-Not-Track feature
- Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
