You are fully responsible for all items brought into the cricket net by you and Level Up Sportslytics Pte Ltd ("LUS") shall have no liability for such items or any other property and/or possessions belonging to you.

Persons attending the LUS enabled cricket net facilities at our affiliated academies/sports clubs/partners do so at their own risk. You are fully responsible for:

• Any loss, theft or damage to the nets or other property of LUS or any person; and
• Any injury to any person, caused by you.

LUS shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) arising under or in connection with these Terms for any:

• Loss or theft of, or damage to, or destruction of equipment, or other property (howsoever caused);
• Death or personal injury;
• Any indirect or consequential loss.

You acknowledge that information about you, including information provided upon becoming a Registered User and creating an Account will be collected, held and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Website and Application contains intellectual property owned by LUS or its licensors and unless permitted by law, you shall refrain from:

• Modifying, adapting, reproducing, storing, distributing, transmitting, printing, displaying, performing, publishing or creating derivative works from any part of the Website or Application;
• Commercializing any information, products or services obtained from any part of Website or Application without our prior written consent.

By accessing and using the Website or App, you agree to:

• Refrain from using the Website or App for any purpose not allowed under the General Terms and Conditions;
